I worked for one of SCS’ customers – JK Kids – so a big part of the reason for me joining the company was the people and culture at SCS
Stepping out of customer services after 9 years and into my current role as this is a new mountain to conquer
It has pushed me outside my comfort zone and makes me constantly think of ways to better myself and the business. I have been lucky enough to have been sent on leadership and technical courses and to have received training from the SLT.
Definitely the great people, and the challenge of having to think on your feet and not rest on your laurels.
