In Oct 2012 we established a service for one of our clients, Dasko,  who supply car parts, the challenge they presented us with was to provide an insane fulfilment solution that allowed a client to order a part on-line and have it delivered to their door within 90 minutes of placing the order, we rose to the challenge and did it!

We initially trialled it in Auckland and then Christchurch, we have since extended the service to  Hamilton, Palmerston North, Christchurch, Dunedin. We are in the process of rolling it out to Hastings, Nelson, Wellington, Tauranga and potentially Whangarei next year.

Setting up the national solution has been a challenge of building an IT platform to manage the orders, setting new partners who specialise in urgent deliveries and helping them develop fulfilment capability to this high standard.  The outcome is an awesome competitive advantage for our client who is growing their business using this new capability to gain more market share.
